Publications/News Committee




  • To connect Cotton Point Association members with each other and to provide sources of news of interest to members and their families.  (Official Association-­related communications such assessments and annual meeting notices are not the responsibility of this committee.) 

  • The committee will be made up of an appointed chair and 1-­‐3 additional members as requested by the President, other Board members or the committee chair for a renewable 2 year term. 

Duties to include but not limited to: 

  • Annually publish a directory of members and their families for members’ personal use, in formats of interest to members.

  • Annually publish a winter newsletter in formats of interest to members.

  • Maintain an up-­‐to-­‐date list of member and member family contact information for use in distributing publications and publishing in the directory.

  • Propose and implement other methods to connect members and their families with each other and share news (Cotton Point web site, Facebook, etc.)
